Woman-Owned

CoHaus Collective is a small (but mighty), woman-owned business located in Joshua Tree. Alexandra was inspired to create a short term rental management firm that had the professionalism of a large management firm with a personal touch as though you were taking care of the home and guests yourselves.

Cultivating Growth

It’s important to us that our team is given the tools they need to grow within the company. As CoHaus Collective enters its second year of business, we’ve doubled in size and we plan to continue this growth in the coming years.

Meet The Team

Alexandra Williamson

Owner/Property Manager

Alexandra has over a decade of experience in hospitality ranging from front end at hotels - and GM of two boutique hotels - to administrative and managerial work for two local STR management firms. Her work in the vacation rental space over the past couple of years has led her to recognize a need for a more personalized, hands-on management style, which is reflected in CoHaus’ daily operations, pricing strategies, and guest interactions.

Hannah Solomon

Client Success & Marketing

Hannah brings over 6 years of marketing experience across several different industries, including healthcare, recruiting, media and TV production, and apparel. Social media management, website development, and client success are some of her specialties. She’s passionate about all things home decor and loves nothing more than a beautiful home!
